Nutrition

Nutrition goes beyond simply cutting calories. Each individual is unique, with factors such as age, sex, stress load, environment, level of inflammation, and hormonal axis directly influencing metabolism. In my consultancy, we work in a personalized manner, focusing on the specific needs of each person.

Furthermore, we offer close monitoring to maximize results. This closeness makes the consultancy unique, as we can adjust your plan together, ensuring it is 100% personalized for you.

Training

One of the main difficulties reported by many is the struggle to get pumped during workouts and overcome stagnation. These challenges can arise for various reasons, such as lack of adequate stimulus, nutrition that doesn't meet needs, lack of rest, among others.

Typically, my training clients also opt for nutritional guidance. This allows for a holistic assessment, highlighting areas that need correction. Even for those who opt only for training, ongoing monitoring enables understanding of the reasons behind the stagnation. This way, I can adapt the training in a completely personalized manner, ensuring that the consultancy is a unique experience for each individual.

About Me

My passion for nutrition, exercise, and longevity began in childhood, and since then, I've known no limits. My first fitness endeavor was competing internationally for WBFF, earning the title of champion in my category.

Over the years, I deepened my studies and acquired international certifications in nutrition, training, and hormones. In my years of experience, I've worked with people both online and in-person. Thanks to the international nature of my consultancy, I've dealt with a wide diversity of ages, cultures, and lifestyles, providing me with a deep understanding of individualities.

My knowledge in hormonal health, especially in the female audience, allows me to identify behaviors and symptoms of hormonal imbalances, guiding my clients towards balance. I firmly believe that everyone, women and men alike, deserve to live their best lives, regardless of age. My approach is holistic, prioritizing the overall health of my clients so they can fully enjoy their lives and focus on pursuing longevity while looking beautiful, right?
